Seizing Transitions as Opportunities

OCTOBER 26 – 28, 2018

Life transitions – including moving, changing jobs, becoming sick, or dying – are often times of pronounced fear and feelings of panic. However, if met with kindness and clear seeing, such transition periods can be times of heightened awakening and even joy. During this weekend program, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche will share Buddhist methods for tapping into our emotional and intellectual abilities to skillfully process changes of all kinds.

Ponlop Rinpoche will be giving 5 talks during the weekend retreat. There will also be meditation sessions during the day. The first talk will be from 7:30 – 8:30 pm on Friday, Oct. 26. The concluding talk will be from 3:30 – 5:00 pm on Sunday, Oct. 28.
