I think number one is compassion towards oneself and towards others. And, the second, I think, a sense of mindfulness or awareness because sometimes we — of course it’s because of time and everything, there’s a lot of pressure, sometimes we just keep giving our ideas, our command — all the leaders do that, and there’s not much time given to see how it’s working or not working. Or, listening to people. I think that’s really important. Some kind of mindfulness, the art of listening. And third, I think it’s really important to have sense of stability. In every kind of work, in every situation, there are many challenges. If you’re not stable, if you’re not calm, then you can easily be misled by your impulses, emotions and pre-judgmental mind. Jumping to some conclusion. And, so, I think, having that stability is part of fact-finding.
